Key Responsibilities:
- Burst capacity support for IO
- Dashboarding and developing scalable process for Search AI Infra and AIM Infra
- Model Migration work
- Program Governance
- Maintain Single Source of Truth Own and update all core program artifacts
- Drive Reporting Cadence Manage the biweekly operational rhythm ensuring all Fortnightly Update Cycle deliverables are completed on time including the Central Exec Status Slides and Central Comms Update
- Ensure Data Integrity Perform final verification checks to ensure that all dates statuses and milestones are consistent across all program trackers and executive presentations
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Manage Executive Reporting Translate complex technical progress into clear business impact for leadership focusing on accomplishments partner insights and key decisions
- Proactive Alignment Embody the No Surprises principle by aligning with all component and partner teams on status before it is reported to leadership
- Adhere to Comms Standards Author all communications using the PD TPgM Comms Standards
- Issue and Risk Identification
- Proactive Risk Management Proactively identify and communicate future risks in a Looking Ahead section to give leadership advance notice
- Manage Blockers Clearly articulate Blockers Asks and Decisions Needed in all reporting to empower leadership to take action
- Drive Resolution For any at risk items provide a clear Path to Green PTG and manage the mitigation plan
This role is a hybrid position.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading large scale infrastructure AI ML systems and modernization programs
- AI ML Infrastructure and Scale 3 plus years driving high impact AI Search modernization including TensorFlow to JAX model migrations TPU utilization and capacity planning for massive workloads up to an 80M QPS opportunity
- Program Governance: Proven expertise in cross functional delivery risk and dependency management RAID executive reporting and orchestrating complex engineering teams across ML SRE and Infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience managing a regular executive reporting cadence and authoring status updates for senior leadership Dashboarding and AI experience needed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Hourly Salary Range $85.21 to $95.21
