Job Description
We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer with strong production support experience to monitor, troubleshoot, and support critical applications and data platforms. The candidate should have excellent analytical, monitoring, and incident management skills and be comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 production support for applications and data platforms. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
- Support ETL workflows and data pipelines using Airflow, Dagster, Autosys, and Maestro.
- Troubleshoot data platform issues involving Dremio, SQL, and PostgreSQL. Use Grafana and Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and log analysis.
- Perform SQL-based data validation, reconciliation, and issue investigation. Coordinate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to drive issue resolution.
- Participate in incident management, RCA, and change/release support activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Production Support / L2 Support experience and hands on experience with Grafana, Splunk, Airflow, Dagster, Autosys, Maestro, Dremio, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong monitoring, diagnosis, and troubleshooting skills.
- Linux/Unix knowledge
- Python or Shell scripting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- AWS Cloud exposure.
Hourly Salary Range - $57 to $67
