The Work:
- Responsible for acting as a secondary liaison between internal teams and assigned clients
- Maintain accurate file management
- Create detailed schedules and estimates, negotiate rates, specify usage rights
- Maintain and track accurate project expenses to support estimating and invoicing
- Schedule client projects
- Attend pre-production meetings to document and disseminate creative direction for photography, styling, props, set building, hair & makeup, etc.
- Develop, organize, and maintain shot list, client image folder, track digital images
- Coordinate post-production services, organize digital files for client delivery
- Manage sets to direct crew, oversee appropriate productivity, and ensure that the creative adheres to the client’s direction
- Ensure appropriate staging of product for each set to ensure maximum productivity
- Act as a liaison between the studio and the client, communicating when items are missing or with any questions
- Attend turn-in meetings to document all styling guidelines and merchant photography requests
- Hire and supervise team of freelance resources (if applicable to project) and ensure deliverables
- Conduct model castings, book models based on creative direction
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices
- Maintain client contact and relations
- Arrange for catering for shootings & meetings
- Attend to client’s and crew’s needs during production, troubleshoot as needed
Here’s what you’ll need:
- At least 3 year of creative production or project management experience
Bonus points if:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize/multi-task and follow projects through to completion
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Excellent people skills
- Experience in the Photography Industry or related field
- Some experience in both still and fashion high-volume photography production
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Intermediate understanding of Excel
- MAC proficient
Hourly Salary Range - $21.39 to $49.57
