Key Responsibilities:
- Drive materials and dependencies between component suppliers and ODMs to ensure on time deliveries through all hardware development phases EVT Engineering Validation Test, DVT Design Validation Test, PVT Production Validation Test, and MP Mass Production.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams and suppliers to support TPMs in executing multiple NPI programs.
- Manage team action items and ensure prompt follow up to facilitate on time program delivery.
- Own and update SOT Source of Truth schedules from vendors to Meta core team at weekly update meetings.
- Format and maintain documentation with guidance from the TPMs.
- Gather and consolidate feedback from the engineering team for recurring updates to management and broader organization.
- Help manage general busy work that keeps programs on track and aligned.
- Ensure key project documentation and timelines are up to date and accurate.
*This role is Hybrid and requires working 60% onsite with the client in Menlo Park, CA*
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on system level hardware development
- Proven track record in managing hardware development programs from concept through production
- Solid understanding of hardware design, bring up, validation, and manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated experience with material planning, supply chain coordination, and supporting high volume production ramp up
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams and influence executive leadership
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with power and thermal concepts
- Go getter attitude, high energy and able to jump in with minimal guidance to get things done
- Passionate to learn new technologies
- Strong project management and project coordination skills
- Solid experience supporting hardware development programs through the NPI lifecycle
- Good common sense around AI servers and data center hardware environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Comfortable taking on less glamorous, hands on tasks to support the broader team
