Position Overview
We’re searching for a Quality Engineer to join our Solution Services team in remote work environment. What You’ll Do
- Execute defined QA/QC activities for custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements using established tools, frameworks, and processes.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans for functional, integration, regression, and user-acceptance testing, following standard QA procedures.
- Validate solutions against clearly defined business requirements, acceptance criteria, and documented workflows in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Identify, document, and track defects clearly and accurately; support root-cause analysis and retesting under guidance from more experienced engineers.
- Analyze straightforward quality issues and propose solutions using established testing practices and prior examples.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client-facing partners to resolve quality issues, support delivery timelines, and ensure shared understanding of outcomes.
- Contribute to initial test reports, defect summaries, and quality-related documentation for review by senior team members.
- Participate in solution delivery activities across the lifecycle (requirements, testing, deployment, and post-release support) with moderate direction and oversight.
- Build knowledge of the company's products, Solution Services delivery models, internal processes, and customer use cases.
- Follow and reinforce QA standards, documentation practices, and compliance requirements while continuously developing technical and domain expertise.
We’re Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
- 4–7 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering in a product development or professional services environment.
- Working knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
- Hands-on experience testing applications built with modern development technologies (e.g., VB.NET, C#, React, REST APIs, SQL/databases).
- Experience collaborating with developers, business partners, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- Experience with insurance software, agency management systems, or insurtech platforms.
- Exposure to custom integrations, APIs, or third-party SDKs.

Salary Range - $60,000 - $110,000 USD Annually
