Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. As the first point of contact for many potential clients, the SDR builds strong initial relationships, uncovers business needs, and generates qualified pipeline opportunities for the sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated, curious, and results driven individual who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative sales environment and is eager to grow a career in sales.
- Leverage prospecting tools and CRM systems to identify, qualify, and prioritize high potential‑ inbound and outbound leads to strategic outreach.
- Execute creative and personalized outreach strategies across phone, email, and social channels, adapting messaging based on seasonal opportunities, product offerings, and market insights.
- Serve as the first point of contact for outbound prospects, initiating high impact‑ conversations through cold calls, targeted emails, and social engagement to generate interest and awareness.
- Actively listen to prospective customers to understand business needs, validate challenges, and skillfully address and overcome objections to build trust and credibility.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records of all prospect interactions within the CRM, ensuring effective follow-up, pipeline management, and seamless handoffs to sales partners.
- Analyze outreach activity, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of prospecting strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs related to outreach activity, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
- Stay current on product updates, industry best practices, and competitive trends to confidently communicate value propositions and represent the organization professionally in the market.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with outbound calling or sales outreach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-up
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data, metrics, and reporting to refine outreach strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative, solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track activity, and maintain pipeline accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G‑Suite collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
