- Drive Agile transformation and best practices adoption, ensuring team maturity and delivery consistency
- Empower the team to be self-managing, while proactively removing blockers to maintain velocity
- Act as a mentor and culture driver, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Delivery Excellence & Decision-Making
- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable acceptance criteria, improving delivery quality
- Demonstrate strong prioritization and rapid decision-making, ensuring high-value outcomes
- Effectively manage team impediments, minimizing delivery risks

- Build strong collaboration across stakeholders, developers, and users

Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience
- A minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
