What You Will Be Doing:
- Contribute to the development of scalable, distributed systems running in Kubernetes-based environments
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, including unit, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for platform primitives, frameworks, and SDKs that enable other engineering teams to build AI-powered solutions
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and edge cases
- Ensure platform services meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, security, and observability
- Rapidly prototype solutions, validate designs through demos, and deliver production-ready systems
- Develop and manage reusable QA agent skills and tools

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of five years of experience in software development
- Strong development experience in Go (highly preferred) and Python
- Deep understanding of distributed computing, the CAP theorem, and system design trade-offs
- Proven expertise in cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Linux Foundation certifications such as CKAD, CKS, and/or CKA (highly preferred)
- Experience with Generative AI, along with working knowledge of GPUs, models, inference serving, and LLM gateways, is highly desirable
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools, along with a strong interest in staying current with emerging innovations
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery ecosystems (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Harness.io, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
Salary Range $138000-$207000 Annually
