Role Overview:

  • IT services team is looking for L2 support.
  • The resource should have experience working on L2 support tickets
  • ServiceNow experience is a must
  • Handling Mac OS experience
  • MDM (Mobile Device Management)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Experience working in ServiceNow
  • Mac OS experience
  • Mobile Device Management experience
  • IT Troubleshooting experience
  • High School Diploma / GED

Hourly Salary Range $35.40 to $45.40
