Key Responsibilities:

Upgrade Planning & Coordination

  • Assist with upgrade roadmaps, milestones, and cutover plans across multiple AITs.
  • Coordinate environments (DEV/UAT/PROD/CNR), build sheets, provisioning, and access.
  • Align dependencies with DBA, Middleware, App/IIS, Cloud, Citrix, and Networking teams.

Execution & Governance

  • Attend and participate in standups/checkpoints, manage risks, issues, blockers, and change requests (CRQs).
  • Ensure EOL/EOS items are remediated against committed dates; escalate as needed.
  • Assist with readiness (HLD/LDD approvals, build status, test completion, approver sign offs).

Documentation & Compliance

  • Assist with one pager summaries, timelines, RACI, runbooks, rollback plans.
  • Maintain JIRA/ServiceNow hygiene: statuses, comments, links to CRQ/REQ/WO.
  • Ensure adherence to UCAL/SOX, security controls, and audit requirements.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary coordinator across AITs, vendors, and infra teams.
  • Provide status reporting (RAG, risks/mitigations, decisions needed).
  • Prepare and present updates to leadership.

Testing & Cutover Support

  • Coordinate performance, functional, UAT, and regression testing schedules.

**This role is a hybrid role with expectations of 3 days a week onsite in Jersey City, NJ

**This role has mandatory 5 days away per quarter

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Data Engineering
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
  • Experience with Service Now
  • Experience as a Technology Project Manager
  • Banking experience

Hourly Salary Range - $49 to $59
