Key Responsibilities:
- Lead through hands‑on Angular coding, actively contributing to development, resolving complex technical issues, and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, driving clarity on requirements and technical alignment.
- Convert business requirements into clear technical designs and actionable tasks for offshore teams.
- Coordinate onsite–offshore execution, drive Agile ceremonies, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
- Track effort utilization and support accurate invoicing in collaboration with the delivery and finance teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of full stack software development experience specifically with Angular and backend technologies such as Node.js or Java.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Lead role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise applications in Agile environments with distributed teams.
- Experience in client‑facing roles, including requirement discussions, demos, and stakeholder management.
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent advanced technical qualification.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, as well as CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Annual Salary Range $63,800 to $180,300
