Inclusively is partnering with a major airline to hire a User Experience (UX) Designer. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Design user-centered experiences with a focus on interaction design, information architecture, and end-to-end user flows.
• Translate user research findings, requirements, and constraints into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes.
• Define and document experience structure, including navigation models, task flows, and content hierarchies.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, content designers, and visual designers to iterate on solutions and ensure feasibility.
• Apply established UX patterns and design system components to ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability.
• Participate in usability testing, design critiques, and iterative refinement based on feedback and findings.
• Support inclusive and accessible design practices in day-to-day work.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- 2–4 years of experience designing digital experiences for web and/or mobile application products.
- Portfolio demonstrating foundational UX skills, including interaction design, user flows, and problem-solving.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and basic accessibility standards.
- Experience creating wireframes, flows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in iterative or Agile product development environments.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Exposure to user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, or surveys.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Experience contributing to complex or multi-step digital workflows.
