Position Summary
Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced QA Tester, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end QA for client sourcing application support & maintenance, spanning Supplier Apps and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Serve as primary QA lead for TPRM and EPIC Power Apps; plan, conduct, and facilitate UAT with business stakeholders to confirm readiness and drive adoption.
- Define and execute test strategy and planning (scope, approach, environments, entry/exit criteria, test data, and traceability to requirements).
- Perform hands-on testing across Power Platform: Power Apps Test Studio (canvas/model-driven), Power Automate flow testing, and Dataverse data validation.
- Validate Dataverse role-based security (roles, teams, permissions) and ensure appropriate access and data protection across platforms.
- Lead connector/API integration testing and coordinate regression testing across supplier apps and Power Platform releases.
- Manage defect triage and lifecycle (severity/prioritization, root-cause partnership, retest/closure), and manage work assignments for other QA resources to ensure consistent execution.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
- Proven QA leadership with end-to-end ownership across multiple applications/platforms, including UAT leadership with business stakeholders: 4+ years
- Strong Microsoft Power Platform testing experience (Power Apps Test Studio; Power Automate flow validation; Dataverse validation): 2–3+ years
- Demonstrated ability to build QA frameworks, standardize processes, and produce clear test artifacts (plans, cases, traceability, results, sign-offs): 3+ years
- Experience with connector/API integration testing and validating cross-system data flows: 3+ years
- Expertise in regression planning/coordination and release readiness across integrated app ecosystems (e.g., supplier-facing apps): 4+ years
- Strong defect triage/management skills and ability to lead cross-functional resolution (product, engineering, analysts, business): 4+ years
- Experience managing/mentoring QA resources and balancing workload, quality, and timelines: 2+ years
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Salary Range $97,600-$161,500 Annually
