Position Overview
We’re searching for a Sr. Manager, Financial Management Consulting to join our Activation Services team in remote or hybrid location. The Sr. Manager, Financial Management Consulting, is a senior people and practice leader responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving the company’s financial management and accounting transition services. This role owns the success of accounting consulting delivery across implementations, financial transitions, and post-go-live adoption, with a strong emphasis on practice leadership, team development, and delivery excellence.
This role will also serve as a practice leader, not just a delivery manager—setting standards, modernizing approaches, and ensuring the company is positioned as a leader in financial management outcomes for customers.

What You’ll Do
- Practice Leadership & Strategy: Define and build the future-state Accounting / Financial Management consulting practice, establishing scalable delivery models and adoption frameworks.
- Delivery Oversight & Quality: Provide oversight for complex accounting implementations and financial transitions.
- People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop Accounting Consultants and SMEs.
- Financial Transition & Adoption Focus: Champion best practices for financial transition, including training strategy and SME-led configuration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary Services leader for accounting and financial management initiatives.
We’re Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
- 7+ years of experience in accounting consulting, financial systems implementation, or professional services.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing people performance.
- Deep understanding of accounting workflows, financial transitions, and system adoption.
- Strong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or complex enterprise implementations.
- Prior experience building or scaling a consulting practice.
- Comfort challenging legacy processes and introducing new delivery models.
- Experience working through periods of organizational or product change.

Salary range $110,000 - $160,000 Annually
