Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization’s needs
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
  • Must hold an Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) and security protocols (OAuth, SAML)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Must have an Active DoD Security Clearance and maintain clearance required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Salesforce certified (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience supporting federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. area

Salary $98,000 to $160,000 Annually
