Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize queries for multiple dashboards, including a robotics dashboard that provides visibility into robot statuses across data centers, scan duration, successful scan counts, and other key performance metrics.
  • Additionally contribute to analytical initiative comparing human versus AI-driven transaction execution by calculating completion percentages for each. This involves collaborating with multiple points of contact to understand automated versus manual process steps, pulling data from diverse transaction sources, mapping end-to-end transaction workflows and creating queries to support these analyses.
  • Utilize test environments to create realistic data and execute end-to-end testing of new features, provide feedback to the client, and guide users through new functionalities and troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and manage documentation for system modules, including written guides and instructional videos, outlining the tool’s functionality, workflows, and step-by-step processes.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members by delivering in-depth module training, explaining system functionality, and providing ongoing day-to-day support. Continue to assist team members day-to-day with task execution and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of Experience in system support with the ability to perform root cause analysis to identify system issue, operation issue, master data issue, etc.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's

Hourly Salary Range $44 to $54
