What you'll do...
- Accountable for supporting the CMEO in building and delivering EBM’s strategic plan in alignment with segment/market strategic objectives. Solely responsible and accountable for multiple market/segment objectives.
- Leveraging insights from design, behavioral science, and analytics develop and prioritize marketing and branding campaigns to achieve market/segment outcomes.
- Partner with U.S. Division and Market Leaders to identify opportunities and constraints that can be solved through marketing, brand, and experience treatments
- Lead matrix teams across EBM to execute marketing and branding plans and partner with EBM leaders and associates to ensure seamless execution of strategies across all EBM capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with segment/market/division leaders to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Responsible for delivering differentiated client and branch experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with EBM Analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and client experience initiatives. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI for market/segment campaigns
- Advocate for client and advisor-centric solutions, ensuring impactful outcomes in key moments that matter.
- Responsible for identifying market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Apply insights to enhance EBM strategies and plans for assigned segments/markets.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, flexibility, and cross-functional fluency within the EBM matrix.
- Support the CMEO in coaching and developing EBM talent to deliver outcomes effectively.
What you'll need...
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred or analytical advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in leading marketing, experience or customer strategy roles, ideally within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated experience developing strategies and business plans across all aspects of marketing and experience, with the requisite results to prove it
- Ability to apply modern marketing techniques across segments, across channels, journey-based, digital and non-digital
- Strong business acumen and proven experience managing budgets to develop and manage successful large scale campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
- Deep analytics and insights experience. Thought partner with the Analytics and Insights leader with knowledge of what work would serve the business segment most effectively, not a customer.
**Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
