What You’ll Do
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies while partnering with internal stakeholders and contributing to the success of our quarterly planning process
- Helps ensure the development team can be continually fed by planning, monitoring, and analyzing the requirements throughout the roadmap and release planning process
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to determine a clear understanding of business problems that can be solved by technology solutions
- Contribute to product roadmap planning activities to ensure alignment with market demands and strategic objectives through market research to gather insights to drive data-driven product development decisions.
- Defines appropriate acceptance criteria to meet business needs
- Provide sales support by effectively communicating the value proposition of solutions to clients and prospects.
- Define detailed design specifications for software projects, leveraging your technical understanding of full-stack applications.
Your experience may include:
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within Agile, focusing on delivering successful data-driven products.
- Domain experience in Employee Benefits is preferred. Accounting experience within EB is nice to have
- Familiarity with data analytics, data visualization tools, reporting tools, and tech stack; experience with Looker is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, driving the implementation of value-added features.
- Technical proficiency across full-stack applications.
- Ability to define detailed design specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- Experience with the Benefits Administration industry
- Experience in developing and implementing data-driven products and solutions.
- Insurance Carrier experience
- Experience with APIs
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Jira/Confluence experience or similar project management tools
