Inclusively is partnering with a financial services company to hire a Senior Human Resources Business Consultant . **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

What You'll Do:
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and senior leaders, building credibility through business acumen, data-driven insights, and sound judgment.
- People Strategy: Translate business priorities into integrated people strategies that strengthen talent pipelines, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive performance outcomes.
- Executive Coaching: Provide coaching and thought partnership to senior leaders, elevating team performance, building leadership capabilities, and guiding change readiness.
- Organizational Development: Lead organizational design and development efforts, orchestrating the delivery of tailored human capital solutions in collaboration with COEs and Shared Services.
- Culture & Engagement: Shape a positive associate experience by reinforcing culture and fostering engagement across teams.
- Leadership Influence: Model leadership behaviors, share best practices, and contribute to the evolution of the Business Partner model.
What Experience You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years HR experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Advanced degree and a Senior HR certification is a plus
What Could Set You Apart:
- Prior business partner experience
- Demonstrated business acumen with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated success in influencing and coaching at the senior leadership level
- Experience developing, building, and maintaining strong business partnerships
- Ability to effectively engage and influence leaders at all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational and change management skills
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and decision-making
- Proven leader with ability to develop, attract and retain talented HR teams with accountability
Salary $117,000 Annually
