What You'll Do:
- Strengthen team culture by being a highly collaborative, trusted partner who elevates collective performance. Consistently shares knowledge, supports colleagues, and works across functions to create solutions that make the entire team stronger and more effective.
- Partner with business stakeholders to meet them where they are and guide the way forward. Conducts in-depth consultations to understand organizational needs, reads the room to influence thinking, and co-creates learning solutions that simplify decisions and deliver real value aligned with talent and business strategies.
- Utilize strong and engaging facilitation skills to lead both virtual and in-person training programs, fostering an environment that contributes to the growth and development of employees while making a measurable impact on the business.
- Design and construct interactive aspiring leaders and leadership programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leadership competencies.
- Develop, build, and maintain facilitation guides and training materials that enhance the effectiveness of learning sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience.
- Play an integral role in various training-related projects and initiatives, lending expertise to ensure successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the Talent Development industry, incorporating relevant insights to continually enhance and innovate learning offerings.
- Demonstrate comfort and skill in conducting interventions with leaders and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organization.
Salary: $102,000 - $128,000
