Work You’ll Do
As a US Delivery Center Solutions Architect on the team, you will:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable cloud solutions leveraging AWS and Snowflake platforms.
- Lead end-to-end cloud migration and modernization projects, ensuring best practices in security, performance, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Present technical concepts, solution architectures, and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients and executive leadership.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational processes for cloud solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards throughout solution delivery
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- 10+ years of relevant, hands-on experience architecting and implementing solutions on AWS and Snowflake.
- Demonstrated expertise in AWS services (e.g., RDS, DMS, Glue, Bedrock, Terraform, DevSecOps Services) and Snowflake (including newer Cortex AI capabilities)
- Prior experience leading cloud implementations and migrations for enterprise clients.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and client environments.
- Experience developing and delivering technical documentation and solution presentations.
- Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
Preferred:
- AWS and Snowflake certifications.
- Experience with data integration, ETL, and analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., federal, financial services) is a plus
