What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shaping strategies to realize your product vision in alignment with customer needs and market dynamics.
- Leading product planning and execution to support strategic objectives.
- Monitoring industry trends and gathering customer input to inform product direction.
- Supporting go-to-market efforts, including developing materials and enabling sales teams.
- Building relationships with key customers and supporting market engagement.
- Identifying and evaluating potential new market opportunities.
- Enabling field teams to effectively position and expand ICV solutions.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Grow presence in the Physical, Logic, and Reliability markets.
- Help expand the ICV portfolio by integrating new solutions from recent acquisitions.
- Collaborate with R&D and partnership teams to ensure seamless partner integration.
- Elevate thought leadership and industry influence through presentations and engagement.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners and manage partnership dynamics effectively.
What You’ll Need:
- 20+ years of EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees (MBA/PhD) are a plus
- Recognized expertise and strong network within the semiconductor industry
- Proven ability to write effective marketing requirements and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Track record of achieving results under pressure and establishing successful benchmarking processes
