Inclusively is partnering with an insurance technology company to hire a Associate Billing Coordinator. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

What You’ll Do
- Interact with clients via phone and email
- Maintain product licensing for clients
- Enter data in various systems
We’re Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
- 1-3 years of billing administration, experience; also open to administrative experience
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills (Excel and Word)
- Strong, interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being detail-oriented to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- Exposure to an ERP platform (such as NetSuite), billing/invoicing, software, and/or other software systems is strongly desired
- Zone Advanced Billing
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
