Responsibiltiies:
Translate and link firm needs to Wealth Management & Field Management capabilities and potential solutions.
- Define and research new ideas and business opportunities.
- Provide decision support through data gathering, analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders.
- Draft communications and plan communications calendar for the division leader as well as the leadership team and division.
- Provide guidance, direction, decisions and solutions on behalf of the head of the division to move work forward with the appropriate input from others.
- Partner with others to resolve non-critical/non-complex topics directly and prioritize capacity and availability of the head of the division.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure accountability and timely deliverables
- Ensure work is delegated to and fully empowered with the right stakeholders via effective communication channels
- Work across the organization to understand operational trends through metric analysis. Escalate critical needs and facilitate the development of recommendations to resolve issues. Ensure enterprise leader has visibility into trends and actions.
- Partner with others to design and implement processes and protocols that maximize the impact of the senior leader internally and externally to the organization.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7-10 years professional experience with at least three years in leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced Degree (Masters or MBA)
• Strong writing skills
• Consultative experience with a focus on operations management
• Strong project management skills
Salary $140,400 Annually
