What you'll do...
* Support the Head of PRGR and team members with administrative needs, such as calendar management, materials preparation, and coordination across projects.
* Strong relationship skills with the ability to seamlessly interact with all types of guests.
* Provide operations and administrative support related to events and programs. Previous campaign or political experience with a background in expensing and billing.
* Extremely detail oriented, organized, proactive, hospitable. Excellent time management skills and ability to pivot with short notice.
* Light cleaning and maintenance. Background in operations, event planning, and logistics.
* Serve as onsite host or representative for during events, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
* Manage usage agreements and invoices in coordination with Finance.
* Assist event planners with AV demands, trouble-shooting, catering, and overall event management.
* Assist with high-level speaker invites including drafting letters, conducting outreach, completing ethics forms, and speaker agreement protocols.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in event planning, protocol, hospitality management, or operations - preferably in government affairs, public policy, or association settings.
* Strong interpersonal skills and political acumen; able to interact comfortably with elected officials and senior executives.
* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing objectives.

Salary $61,600 Annually
