What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of Program Managers supporting IP engagements and customer success.
  • Shape the strategic direction of customer experience for your region.
  • Drive end-to-end customer journeys from pre-sales through silicon success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations and resolve issues proactively.
  • Partner with Sales to support contract closure.

What You’ll Need:

  • B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years in engineering or program management roles.
  • 10+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience with contract negotiations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
