About the Role:

  • Develop and Implement Integrations: Respond to integration requests from clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all solutions are efficient and scalable. Integration ecosystem is based in Network Infrastructure (On Prem, Cloud), Network Health, and Testing frameworks
  • Deployment of integrated systems with high scalability device (Smartphones, VR/AR devices) testing frameworks
  • Tool and Service Development: Create (i.e REST/API services) and refine tools and services to automate various network functionalities, enhancing efficiency and performance in the system.
  • Data Collection: Focus on collecting diverse sets of data and network-level KPIs/metrics across lab networks to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Network Monitoring and Reporting: Implement network monitoring and reporting mechanisms, such as IP SLA, to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
  • Utilize Internal Tools: Work with internal tools and multiple DB types: TSDB, NoSQL, SQL, and API/Rest/gRPC.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on integration outcomes, and performance metrics, visualization dashboards (i.e Tableau, Unidash).
  • Documentation: Document end to end solutions with deep understanding of the systems to facilitate network operations and troubleshooting and facilitate handoff to other operations groups (MOP / SOP).
  • Work must be performed onsite at the office in Menlo Park, CA 5 days a week.
  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Network Engineering experience
  • Proven experience in network engineering and automation, ideally with a 60/40 or 70/30 split of expertise across both.
  • Proficient in Python, Bash, and working with APIs.
  • Experience with network monitoring, automation, and data collection systems.
  • Familiarity with adb/idb interfaces and Android/iOS ecosystems.
  • Skilled in using data analysis tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
