Inclusively is partnering with a voice, video, and text communication service company to hire a Advertising Operations Manager. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

What you'll be doing:

  • Working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand client needs and objectives, and synthesize them into effective campaigns
  • Ensuring accurate implementation of campaign parameters – including dates, targeting, tracking, impression/reach goals, geographies and budget level
  • Working cross-functionally with Account Managers and technical teams to determine best way to optimize campaign outcomes and maximize ROI for clients – including technical troubleshooting and problem solving as well A/B testing of messaging, creative, targeting
  • Synthesizing campaign performance insights for internal stakeholders and clients that summarize campaign performance, trends, ROI, as well as actionable recommendations.
  • Serving as the point of contact and expert for Account Executives and Account Managers on best campaign practices and maximize likelihood of client success.

What you should have:

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with a broad variety of ad technologies, campaign operation methodologies, and ad tracking / measurement
  • Successful track record of working with clients, understanding their needs and delivering value
  • Proficiency in all aspects of campaign operations including setup, creative coordination, pacing, optimization and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical proficiency with the ability to query and interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity and insight into market trends and KPIs such as performance viewability, brand safety, yield analysis and audience extension
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in fast changing environment with cross functional teams

Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties). Relocation assistance may be available.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $202,500 + equity + benefits
