What You'll Do:
- Evaluate the security posture of existing security infrastructure to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to implement, configure, improve security solutions across systems, networks, and applications
- Develop and maintain systems, security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise PKI systems and processes
- Design and secure network architecture/solutions (segmentation, firewalls, zero-trust etc…)
- Act as a subject matter expert in core security domains, providing guidance and technical leadership to cross-functional engineering teams
What Experience You'll Need:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications or Engineering preferred or related work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience directly related to technical area of expertise.
- Considered a subject matter expert in at least one I.S. discipline (business solutions, systems development, infrastructure area, planning, security) and have experience across multiple platforms in an area or multiple technologies in a layer (network, encryption, certificates, system hardening, compute, operating systems, data, application infrastructure, VM, cloud etc…)
- Ability to develop system designs within area of expertise.
- Ability to perform analysis of system requirements to determine feasibility, costs, benefits.
- Demonstrates the ability to provide strategic direction and technical leadership to align objectives with the overall Firm strategy
- Able to create a strong team environment and build technical skills through training and mentoring of others.
- Ability to influence Team Leaders, Project Leaders and/or associates in a matrix organization.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships across departments, business areas, and vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to multi-task and participate in multiple large and complex efforts or projects.
- Knowledge of brokerage or financial company processes.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work.
- Embraces change and considers different approaches to issues.
- Takes personal responsibility to improve processes and systems.
- Strong understanding of project management concepts.
- Presents ideas, thoughts, arguments, and information persuasively. Seen as credible and trustworthy.

- Experienced in system development methodologies and I.S. processes.
- For some functions, there may be requirements for on-call work outside normal business hours and scheduled tasks occurring outside business hours.
Salary $99,200 Annually
