What You'll Do:

• Evaluate the security posture of existing security infrastructure to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to implement, configure, improve security solutions across systems, networks, and applications
• Develop and maintain systems, security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise PKI systems and processes
• Design and secure network architecture/solutions (segmentation, firewalls, zero-trust etc…)
• Act as a subject matter expert in core security domains, providing guidance and technical leadership to cross-functional engineering teams

What Experience You'll Need:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications or Engineering preferred or related work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience directly related to technical area of expertise.
• Considered a subject matter expert in at least one I.S. discipline (business solutions, systems development, infrastructure area, planning, security) and have experience across multiple platforms in an area or multiple technologies in a layer (network, encryption, certificates, system hardening, compute, operating systems, data, application infrastructure, VM, cloud etc…)
• Ability to develop system designs within area of expertise.
• Ability to perform analysis of system requirements to determine feasibility, costs, benefits.
• Demonstrates the ability to provide strategic direction and technical leadership to align objectives with the overall Firm strategy
• Able to create a strong team environment and build technical skills through training and mentoring of others.
• Ability to influence Team Leaders, Project Leaders and/or associates in a matrix organization.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships across departments, business areas, and vendors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to multi-task and participate in multiple large and complex efforts or projects.
• Knowledge of brokerage or financial company processes.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work.

• For some functions, there may be requirements for on-call work outside normal business hours and scheduled tasks occurring outside business hours.

Salary $99,200 Annually
