What you'll be doing:
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and translate requirements into clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
- Business System Support & Enhancements: Assist in supporting and improving business processes related to Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) functions.
- Jira Service Management (JSM) Administration: Track and manage business system requests, incidents, and enhancements in Jira Service Management to ensure timely resolution.
- SOX Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all system changes and enhancements adhere to SOX compliance and financial controls.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validation for new implementations and enhancements
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and experience working in the business systems department
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role and have experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
- High-level understanding of enterprise business processes and their impact on financial and operational workflows.
- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems and strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to document business requirements clearly.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 to $139,500 + equity + benefits.
