What you’ll be doing
- Design and execute consistent business operating rhythms, including all-hands meetings, strategic leadership touchpoints, and standardized T&S information flows that connect operational teams with leadership decision-making
- Build and maintain analytics infrastructure, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences (weekly reports, MBRs) that provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Lead strategic planning initiatives, including quarterly planning, annual planning, and bi-annual financial planning, while tracking and managing strategic priorities throughout the year
- Develop and optimize wellness programs that promote team resilience and work-life balance, coordinating with People Operations and cross-functional partners to maximize organizational impact
- Serve as the knowledge management expert for Trust & Safety, ensuring internal communications, documentation, and risk/trend identification mechanisms are consistently maintained and effective
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment through strategy check-ins, management-level programs, and strategic partnerships that enhance organizational coherence and leadership effectiveness
- Lead transformational projects and establish standardized frameworks that improve operational effectiveness, streamline processes, and strengthen team culture
- Drive systematic continuous improvement through process evaluation, feedback collection, operational incident ownership with root cause analysis, and implementation of solutions that enhance overall organizational performance
What you should have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Business, Operations, Management, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, management consulting, or related roles specifically within Trust & Safety orgs at enterprise technology companies
- Demonstrated experience managing diverse types of programs across operational and strategic domains
- Strong understanding of organizational maturity models and experience scaling processes within rapidly growing organizations
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving alignment across multiple teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights using visualization tools and business intelligence platforms
- Proven track record of building and optimizing operational systems and processes
Bonus Points
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Organizational Management, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and large language models to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes
- Advanced analytical capabilities including data modeling, statistical analysis, and SQL proficiency for extracting insights from complex datasets
- Professional certification in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2) or proven experience implementing agile framework
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $180,000 + equity + benefits.
