JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Calculate global Sales Incentive Plans and respective payouts.
  • Implement and maintain global sales related reports, tools and systems to measure sales teams' sales performance.
  • Work with Manager Global Sales Metrics and Incentive on regular or ad-hoc reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including such as commercial operations, sales coverage, quota, analytic, sales, finance, IT and business management to resolve sales incentive related requests, issues, questions.
  • Help salespersons in understanding SIP calculations, review, approval and payment process.
  • Solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent in Finance, General Business, Sales or a related fields
  • 4+ years of direct related work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and sales performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract, merge, manipulate and analyze data from various sources and create effective reports and dashboards.
  • Prepared to work in fast-paced environment, quick learner absorbing knowledge quickly.
  • Flexibility to work with stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Advanced Excel
  • Fluency in English

Salary: $85,000. to $100,000
