What You'll Be Doing
- Support hiring across multiple technical teams, managing both high-volume and senior-level searches while navigating nuanced role requirements and competitive talent markets.
- Influence, coach, and advise mid to high-level stakeholders on effective interview processes, addressing blind spots and biases, and navigating difficult conversations.
- Design and implement effective hiring processes tailored to attract top business talent across various departments.
- Conduct predictive analysis based on historical data to forecast recruitment trends and influence leaders on hiring pace and strategy.
- Ensure a seamless and positive recruitment journey while maintaining a high bar for talent and team culture alignment.
- Partner effectively with various internal teams to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals.
What you should have
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in technical roles (full-stack engineering, data science, distributed systems, engineering leadership).
- Ability to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Experience influencing and guiding cross-functional leaders through the hiring process, with strong communication skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data to identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Expert ability to manage difficult negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and diverse candidate needs.
- Experience designing and optimizing recruitment frameworks that scale effectively.
- Comfort with independently prioritizing activities in a rapidly changing environments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Salary: $160,000 to $180,000 + benefits.
