What You’ll Do
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements for Employee Benefits (EB) technical solution.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
- Defines appropriate acceptance criteria to meet business needs.
- Ensures the development team can be continually fed by planning, monitoring, and analyzing the requirements throughout the roadmap and release planning process.
- Considers the needs of all client constituents, both internal and external, with the goal of delivering software to clients of all sizes – small as well as global in nature.
- Facilitates communication with internal stakeholders to determine clear understanding of business problems that can be solved by technology solutions.
- Understands, supports, and delivers on the corporate roadmap, vision, and goals.
- Contributes to the success of our quarterly planning process.
- Work collaboratively with Product teams to define product direction and drive growth.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning activities to ensure alignment with market demands and strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain support processes to address product performance and support issues effectively.
- Provide sales support by effectively communicating the value proposition of solutions to clients and prospects.
- Conduct market research to gather insights and inform product development decisions.
- Define detailed design specifications for software projects, leveraging your technical understanding of full-stack applications.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can work remotely or from an office.
Your experience should include some or all of the following:
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within Agile, focusing on delivering successful data-driven products.
- Domain expertise in Employee Benefits is preferred. Accounting experience within EB is nice to have.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing data-driven products and solutions.
- Strong Agile/Scrum discipline, adept at leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data analytics, data visualization tools, reporting tools and tech stack; experience with Looker is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, driving the implementation of value-added features.
- Technical proficiency across full-stack applications.
- Ability to define detailed design specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
