The Role
In this role, you will be collaborating with a team of technologists enthusiastic about promoting testing practices, implementing test automation, and executing testing with development and business partners!
- Review test strategies with stakeholders and ensure that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, acceptance etc. are getting covered.
- Developing and maintaining automated suites/Frameworks of tests to assess product quality and release readiness.
- Developing Automation Framework related to application Security.
- Conduct Vulnerability assessment for applications in the organization.
- Find security vulnerabilities in source code.
- Train squads on test management
- Conduct manual testing.
The Expertise You Have
- 8+ years of software product experience working on commercially available software.
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience and experience in test automation
- 3+ years of relevant experience with cyber security testing
- Familiar with security threats and trends for financial industry.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and enforcing the overall program test plan with stakeholders based on evolving schedules and timelines.
- Experience testing for locally hosted vendor applications.
- Ensuring that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, acceptance etc. are being covered.
- Experience reporting on the test progress, the product quality status and overall test results to initiative stakeholders.
- Financial services and Agile/ Scrum experience
- Bachelor’s degree or greater is required.
- A Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) credential is a plus but not required.

- Firsthand experience with crafting and maintaining testing frameworks like Junit, Cucumber, Fitness
- Intermediate Java skills
- Good understanding of web services testing
- SQL skills is a must
- Firsthand experience with DAST/SAST testing concepts, application access controls, configuration auditing.
- Firsthand experience with manual penetration testing of applications.
- Data analysis and technical troubleshooting
- Build efficiencies in testing that increase agility and time to deliver business value.
