Responsibilities:

• As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product, shaping and managing the product roadmap and backlog, and ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Retirement Planning Services is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Atlassian Jira Align, intermediate proficiency in Agile Business Analysis, and intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design are suggested.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings to align on product vision and roadmap
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements
• Iterate on product design based on user testing and feedback
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product improvement

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as Product Owner
• HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Retirement Planning Services
• Advanced Proficiency in Atlassian Jira Align
• Intermediate Proficiency in Agile Business Analysis
• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree
