Inclusively is partnering with a global creative marketing agency to hire a Director of Technology Operations. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations team and other internal partners on the development of earnings releases, corporate presentations, and other corporate information
- Help maintain consistency of external communications across corporate press releases, regulatory filings, annual reports, and targeted investor communications
- Track sell-side analyst estimates, ratings, and price targets to keep management apprised of Wall Street expectations.
- Track institutional ownership and reactions to company and industry developments.
- Design, maintain, and enhance Investor Relations materials.
- Support research projects using internal data, Wall Street research, public filings, and 3rd party data sources
- Manage the planning and execution of roadshows, meetings, and other investor events.
- Coordinate meetings and events with sell-side analysts, institutional investors and business press.
- Help with administrative tasks including coordination of press release distribution, tracking engagement, earnings preparation, and website updates.
- Assist with ad-hoc strategic projects as needed.
Experience:
- B.S. in Finance, Business or Economics or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Investor Relations, Public Relations, Equity Research, or similar agency roles.
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding intellect, and a collaborative, positive attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated matters in a straightforward way.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.

Salary: $98,000 - $122,500
Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
