Inclusively is partnering with an insurance technology company to hire a Systems Quality Analyst. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Responsibilties:
• Develop test cases, execute testing, and maintain accurate records of issues/defects
• Collaborate with the team to complete testing activities within established timeframes and in alignment with established testing processes
• Research and identify root causes of issues, in partnership with the technical team
• Complete testing and close assigned tasks in internal systems
• Ensure environments and test data are appropriate
Your experience should include some or all of the following:
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Analyst role, preferably working with software engineering teams to build cloud-based software applications
• Advanced experience testing web applications
• Practical experience with API testing tools like Postman
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Xray, or TestRail
• Practical knowledge of databases such as SQL Server
• Fundamental understanding of microservices and cloud-based technologies
· Practical experience reviewing and analyzing logs to validate functionality and identify potential defects
• Proven ability to define test cases and prioritize to ensure the quality of each release
• Proven technical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and research abilities
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Additionally, you may have:
• Familiarity with Automation test tools Playwright, or Selenium Ruby is a plus
• Figma experience to review new designs and plan testing/create cases
• Jira (as bug tracking system)
• Experience with DevOps (Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with User Stories
• Experience with Agile frameworks, ideally Scrum Sprints using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Insurance industry exposure
