Inclusively is partnering with a global professional services company to hire a Project Manager. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project / Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects as well as the following:

  • Ensuring and monitoring budget, timelines, resources, scope, and client expectations for a range of projects.
  • You are expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in Program Project Management based on your experience.
  • Act in an advisory role in meetings and be the primary contact for your area of expertise.
  • Publish on your area of expertise within and outside of and present at conferences.
  • Provide solutions to business areas and wide problems.
  • Contribute to and be hold directly and indirectly responsible for business area decisions.
  • You may be expected to define business area goals involved, contribute, and may be hold directly or indirectly responsible for organizational-level decisions.
  • Master proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
  • Master proficiency in Stakeholder Management is recommended.
  • Delivery Excellence with Intermediate proficiency is suggested. Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes scheduling knowledge on data centers.
  • Managing schedules and permits for data centers and working with the data center land development managers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years' of project management experience
  • High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Data centers scheduling knowledge

Salary: $26.54 to $36.54
