What You’ll Do
- Manage the execution of marketing plans that align with the organization’s goals (lead generation campaigns, customer success initiatives, user education, thought leadership.)
- Ensure quality and timely completion of deliverables
- Manage, track, and report on marketing programs impact on the business on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and as-needed basis
- Define and coordinate development of sales enablement kits, ensuring materials support sales and customer success requirements (brochures, white papers/eBooks, newsletters, interactive web content, webinars, event support, presentations, etc.)
- Find, develop, and manage promotion of customer co-marketing, including managing and evolving program process and asset types.
- Work with client-facing staff on dissemination of marketing campaigns, ensuring materials support their client needs
- Partner with other departments on internal communication needs including town halls and organizational updates
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can work remotely or from an office
- Less than 20% travel
Your experience should include some or all the following:
- 2 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of executing comprehensive marketing plans and running campaigns in support of organizational strategy; software industry experience a plus
- Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Working knowledge of CRMs, Salesforce.com preferred; with knowledge of Marketo, Zoom Webinar, Drift, Calendly, Confluence and Seismic is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
