Inclusively is partnering with a multinational financial services company to hire a Senior Business Analyst. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst in Workplace Consulting, you will work within the Workplace Investing Agile Model. Senior Business Analysts are tasked with eliciting and capturing story acceptance criteria, developing and implementing business acceptance test plan, test strategy and implementing solutions to address business needs of medium to high complexity.

The Senior Business Analyst must have proven experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key attributes that make up a successful Business Analyst are; highly motivated, self-starters with a sense of ownership, driven to succeed. Knowledge of call center applications is preferred but not required. You are successful working individually as well as within a team structure.

You will be a key member of the Digital Solutions squads within Workplace Consulting (FWC) business unit working closely with a team of cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, and dedicated squad members responsible for delivering specific business goals.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Demonstrated knowledge (5+ years) of business analyst techniques, for example: benchmarking, business rules analysis, risk analysis and user stories, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
  • Experience supporting a product development team managing multiple interconnected products with a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with Drupal CMS and its related products to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders. Provides effective communication and presentation to the business;
  • Agile mentality; experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar Agile backlog management tool
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certification in Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) desirable.
  • You enjoy solving problems and are able to resolve conflicts through strong mediation skills
  • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of facilitating a workshop, or speaking publicly to a broad audience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven the ability to write clear, concise product documentation and communications
  • Facilitating and orchestrating across multiple teams, BU, squads, business partners

The Value You Deliver

  • Lead discovery for Feature/Epic Definition to prioritize Epics
  • Ensure Epic/Story artifacts (i.e. use cases and supporting documentation) are updated and available for story execution
  • Write stories and facilitate story refinement sessions to ensure they meet the Definition of Ready
  • Lead collaboration with key Business, IT, Legal, Compliance & Risk partners to define product features and monitor trends
  • Establish client meetings to include demos of sprint deliverables and impact analysis results (User Experience Design, Legal, Outside business groups)
  • Lead organizational readiness and Deployment activities throughout each release
  • Communicate issues and client feedback to the Squad Leader in a clear, concise and timely manner
  • Participate and /or facilitate the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Provide constructive feedback for future process improvements
  • Identify business requirements, document improvement opportunities, share with Scrum Team and at BA Forums
  • Collaborate strategically with the QA team on QA test plan reviews and provides assistance and mentorship to QA with story requirements / acceptance criteria clarifications
  • Perform End to End Business Acceptance Testing in Acceptance Region and ensure the traceability of test cases.

The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$137,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Our hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a company office.
