Inclusively is partnering with a multinational communications, advertising, public relations, technology, and commerce holding company to hire a Freelance Client Finance Manager. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in the financial planning and accounting operations for our Open X. The successful candidate will lead financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring our financial strategies align with our business goals. This role is perfect for an experienced finance professional that is autonomous, organized, and enjoys strategic problem solving in an ambiguous environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Central budget planning, coordination & reporting across 9 operating and 2 HQ units
  • Retainer billing management for people included in the central budget to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting
  • Oversees reporting of all required BFC submissions
  • Ensure forecast templates (SmartSheet) are updated and maintained for monthly actuals
  • Review and manage accruals with Shared Financial Services
  • Review and manage client billable projects with the Client Finance Director
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed
  • Central Billing – standardize the process (i.e. billing tracker) across OPCO’s who act as a central billing hub for other opcos within a country/region
  • SOX controls oversight and implementation
  • Ad hoc projects

What you'll need:

  • High level reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to maximize available reporting tools to effectively analyze data
  • CPA or advanced Business degree with evidence of high-level knowledge of accounting control, guidelines and regulations
  • Understanding of financial ERP and consolidation systems and reporting
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication skills
  • Cartesis (BFC) consolidated reporting
  • Proactive change management mentality
  • Ability to coax the Operating Companies into changing behaviors as processes evolve.
  • Ability to make judgement decisions on business.
  • Previous Financial Management experience across a diverse organization
