Inclusively is partnering with a staffing division of a nonprofit organization to hire a Human Resources Assistant 3. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Job requirements:

  • Compile and keep personnel records.
  • Record data for each employee, such as address, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports, and date of and reason for termination.
  • May prepare reports for employment records, file employment records, or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.
  • Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of general office software, such as Word and Excel as requested.
  • High school diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.
  • Ability to utilize HRIS software, such as Silkroad, PeopleSoft, or equivalents. Prior knowledge not required
