You Are:

You are an experienced, strategic, and passionate Cybersecurity professional with a strong background in designing and implementing robust security measures. You possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity architecture principles, frameworks, best practices, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging threats. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail enable you to develop effective solutions tailored to our organizational needs. Your technical leadership abilities allow you to inspire and foster collaboration across the organization. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively articulate technical concepts, vision, and direction to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity architectures that align with organizational objectives.
  • Assess existing security frameworks and recommend enhancements to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and business partners to integrate security into all phases of system development and deployment.
  • Develop security policies, standards, and procedures to establish a strong cybersecurity foundation.
  • Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend right solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the IT team on security-related issues and incident response.
  • Document and communicate security architecture plans and updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive our security transformation, evaluate security controls, and identify opportunities to enhance the security posture, build or manage enterprise security capabilities effectively.
  • Develop security architecture processes that enable the enterprise to develop and implement security solutions and capabilities clearly aligned with business, technology, and threat drivers.
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices to advise on improvements.

What You’ll Need:

  • University degree or equivalent certified education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Cybersecurity engineering functions.
  • Ability to draft project plans for security service and technology deployments and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, GCP, and AWS cloud providers and their capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks & regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA-HITECH, Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR, Privacy Practices, ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF/800.53, FedRamp, StteRamp, IEC 62443.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC preferred.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity architecture, design, or related field, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with a variety of security technologies, including firewalls, endpoint security, Zero-Trust, data security, IAM, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop solutions.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $186,000 - $278,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Our company offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
