Inclusively is partnering with a pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation to hire a Solution Engineer- PSSP Data Manager. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

We seek a highly motivated Solution Engineer to join our Digital Commercial and Customer Creation Center (C4) Digital Technology team for solution delivery for our Specialty market access and field reimbursement teams.

As the PSSP Data Manager, your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining curated data sources in Tableau. This will enable business users to access self-service reporting and analytics capabilities. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise. Additionally, as the digital Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Specialty business unit, you will provide ongoing support for the published data sources. This will involve collaborating with product owners to prioritize features and manage technical requirements, ensuring the data sources meet the evolving needs of the business unit.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain curated data sources in Tableau to support self-service reporting and analytics for business users.
  • Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data models and pipelines.
  • Implement ETL processes to ensure data integrity and consistency in the curated data sources.
  • Perform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and validation techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability of the curated data.
  • Optimize data pipelines and workflows to improve performance and efficiency of data ingestion and transformation processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the data flow.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as the digital SME for the Specialty business unit, providing ongoing support for the published data source(s) that enable self-service reporting for Specialty business unit users.
  • Work with product owners to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and manages a list of technical requirements based on business needs, new technologies, known defects, and issues.
  • Assists the technology, systems and process workstreams to define the shared data model vision, data sourcing approach, data transformation approach and data reconciliation approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to the curated data sources based on business needs and evolving data requirements.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with data governance policies and regulations in the design and maintenance of the curated data sources.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data engineering and Tableau to continuously improve the curated data sources and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business users in utilizing Tableau and the curated data sources for self-service reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at five years of relevant experience emphasizing application support, development, or systems engineering; OR Master’s degree with three years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience supporting applications and solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience and demonstrated skills in Tableau, Data IKU, Snowflake, SQL and some experience in R or Python
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills, communicate and liaise broadly across functions and the global organization.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of systems within the Patient Services function such as Salesforce Healthcloud
  • Process-oriented with strong organization, project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing working conditions and work assignments, to be open, and motivated to learn and adopt new ideas and concepts.
  • Knowledge of database, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics and services technologies

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,900.00 to $166,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in our Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Our compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned based on the location of hire. The United States salary range provided does not apply to Tampa, FL or any location outside of the United States.

* The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $89,900.00 to $149,900.00.
