Compliance Analyst

Job Description:

The Role

The Compliance Analyst position, as part of our Workplace Investing (WI) organization, is responsible for working with clients and business partners to perform a wide range of compliance/nondiscrimination testing services for qualified, defined contribution plans.

  • Analyzing Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) and Form 5500 filings for our WI Plan Sponsors.
  • Work with clients and business partners in utilizing Plan Sponsor Webstation (PSW®) to analyze data and consult with clients about their NDT results and Form 5500 preparation and filing.
  • Communicate with clients, business partners and colleagues regarding the status of testing and outstanding data issues.
  • Knowledgeable with functions and calculations vital to complete required non-discriminations tests including ADP/ACP, Annual Additions, Top-heavy and Minimum Coverage tests and able to convey this information to clients.
