What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing strategic leadership to lead the digital transformation of our Global Marketing & Communications (GMC) department.
  • Regularly updating on technology trends in digital marketing
  • Collaborating with technical and design teams across the company to implement new technologies.
  • Engaging directly with business leaders, fostering a change-ready culture
  • Directing projects that optimize processes, amplify system capabilities, and realign marketing strategies for the digital age.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of: As a key member of the Marketing Ops & Technology team, you will lead initiatives to reshape our marketing landscape, bringing innovation, strategy, and measurable change. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with all functions in the GMC department to implement digital strategies into our marketing ecosystem.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $169,000 - $253,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
