Our company is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior CRM Manager to lead our lifecycle marketing efforts aimed at game developers (B2B). You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams to craft comprehensive CRM strategies to nurture and convert leads across our B2B product suite, leveraging our CRM & marketing automation tools.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and execute our B2B lifecycle marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with overarching business goals
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of our CRM program within HubSpot, maximizing its capabilities with the goal of supporting and empowering our Sales team
  • Partner with PMM / Product to build lifecycle marketing for our scaled programs, implementing automations across lead intake, scoring, segmentation, and nurturing processes
  • Create comprehensive reporting dashboards to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and drive decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization to successfully implement full-funnel campaigns and promote the optimal use of our CRM platform

You Will Thrive In This Role If

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience crafting and executing successful B2B lifecycle marketing strategies
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM tools hold no secrets for you. You know how to leverage them for maximum impact
  • You're fluent in the language of metrics, transforming data into insights that fuel campaign optimization
  • You deeply understand B2B qualification processes, sales methodologies, lead generation, and campaign management

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $167,000 to $184,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
