Inclusively is partnering with a pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation to hire a Director, Integrated Media Strategy. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

The Director, Integrated Media Strategy will report to the Senior Director, Integrated Media Strategy and be instrumental in crafting strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels for several products within U.S. Specialty Care. By partnering with key internal and external constituents and cultivating a deep understanding of consumer/HCP insights and the therapeutic area landscape, this individual will bring to life audience-first, data-driven, and highly strategic plans. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding patient and HCP needs with a focus on achieving marketing excellence and delivering measurable performance results.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with Commercial Marketing Teams to design and implement audience-centric media strategy and tactical plans that deliver against a specific product’s marketing objectives
  • Lead relationship with the Media Agency and collaboration with other agencies supporting our company, working closely together to incorporate media best practices
  • Partner with Commercial Analytics team to action insights from the MROI model into media mix decision-making
  • Leverage insights from CRM & Audience Intelligence to craft highly impactful audience strategy
  • Collaborate with Media counterparts (Performance Media, Earned & Partnership Media) to unlock strategy and activation across paid, owned and earned media
  • Align closely with Media Measurement team and Agency to analyze media performance on a regular cadence and drive ongoing campaign optimizations
  • Uphold core company Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy) in day-to-day activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic qualifications

  • 10+ years Marketing or Media experience in a professional environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience (MBA Preferred)
  • Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
  • Deep experience in digital strategy and performance tactics that lead to business outcomes
  • Understanding of data-driven media planning and buying approaches
  • Familiarity with media and vendor landscape and application of media trends in powering business results
  • Experience with working with agencies, technology companies, or consulting partners in advertising and marketing tech
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication skills; can articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience
  • Creative, innovative problem solver who leads with insights derived from data
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable the teams to achieve successful delivery
  • Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, to take accountability and to meet deadlines

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in our Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Our compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned based on the location of hire. The United States salary range provided does not apply to Tampa, FL or any location outside of the United States.
