Inclusively is partnering with a multinational communications, advertising, public relations, technology, and commerce holding company to hire a Treasury Analyst. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Position:

We are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Americas Treasury Department in our brand-new, state of the art offices at 3WTC. The Treasury Analyst will report to the Assistant Treasurer, Americas and will work closely with the Treasury team in various areas that are under the department’s responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all banking activities via treasury workstation and bank proprietary platforms.
  • Perform daily cash management functions including concentration of funds.
  • Assist in the day-to-day CP issuance for funding.
  • Reconcile daily cash transactions for our major banking partners.
  • Assist and prepare intraday liquidity management and cash management reporting for the Treasury Desk.
  • Assist in the Treasury’s month-end accounting process.
  • Reconcile monthly CP activities in treasury workstation vs bank statements.
  • Maintains’ account analysis database for bank fees.
  • Prepare trade package after the execution of FX trades.
  • Assist in bank system administration functions in order to support operating companies.
  • Support bank account administration process for operating companies.
  • Maintain relationships with bank representatives and our operating companies.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2 - 4+ years finance or accounting experience
  • Experience with treasury management systems a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work effectively on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Has initiative to learn new skills to complete various projects
